Demand Planning Specialist

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (preferably, with specialization on supply/chain management and/or forecasting and planning)
• 3-5 years of experience in planning in production environment. Preferably, have a background in master scheduling, forecasting and planning 
• Advance knowledge of planning with ERP systems and/or other advanced planning tools 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

• Ensuring a profitable match of supply and demand,
• Lead and continuously improve the category Demand Cycle (S&OP Process),
• Seek and analyze opportunities in order to improve Supply Chain activities continuously through simplification of business processes and cost reduction to maintain a proactive service and minimize supply chain complexity/cost, 
• Optimizing sales plans in order to improve forecast accuracy,
• Managing material availability and requirements for forecasted items,
• Monitoring daily goods flows from factories & depots,
• Supporting follow-up of shipments and clearance in co-operation with logistics and finances,
• Follow up of goods receipt in commercial stock,
• Follow up of purchase-orders,
• Follow-up of mainstream items and providing regular information of goods availability situation to Sales & Marketing and Orderdesk,
• Supports in solving incidental supply issues.
