As Hillside Leisure Group; we are willing to work with a Brand Manager who will be in charge of Hillside brands in our Head Office Product Management Department who possess the following skills and experiences;

Desired Skills and Experience

* Ability to develop strategies for brand management and product development

* Good sense of customer experience, experience based details and experiential marketing

* Innovative and creative approach

* Strong commercial understanding of business opportunities

* Result oriented and self-motivated personality

* Strong communication and team management skills and experience

* Analytical mind with strong planning and organizational skills

* Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and brand/product management

* Fluency in English

İŞ TANIMI

* Conduct product development functions and brand marketing activities

* Present new ideas and services, develop creative projects related corporate strategies and brand guidelines using the guest data, trend reports, etc.

* Introduce innovative and inspiring solutions and deliver strategic and creative excellence in customer experience

* Create and implement new ideas for PR and communication plans

* Manage and develop the process of guest experience creating guest materials and visual materials

* Manage and work with the third parties such as advertising, digital and PR agencies

* Coordinate event management activites, manage communication and coordination with the sponsor companies and related departments

* Communication and coordination with the operation departments
