Assistant Project Manager

• University degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering,
• Minimum 2 years experience at High Voltage Substation Projects and/or turnkey projects,
• Very good command of written and spoken English,
• Very good command of MS Office,
• Good communication and representation skills towards the customer and approval authorities,
• Able to work in a multinational environment with employees from different cultures,
• Stress-tolerance and ability to work under time pressure,
• Completed military service for male candidates,
• No restriction for both national and international travelling.

İŞ TANIMI

• Directly reports to Project Manager,
• He/she assists to plan, supervise and control the project activities in order to maximize the Q/C/D achievements and thus satisfy the customer such as on time preparation of necessary project reporting,
• He/she assists to implement, supervise and follow-up the quality control programs in order to secure customer satisfaction,
• He/she assists to maintain and improve equipment and processes in order to maximize and permanently increase project implementation and quality,
• He/she is in charge of preparation, submission and follow up of approval documentation as per TEIAS, Ministry of Energy and other applicable customer specifications,
• He/she assists the preparation of interim payment requests and follow up of cash collection,
• He/she assists to create, develop and maintain business relations and effective communication with customers, subcontractors, sub suppliers and consultants,
• He/she assists to implement the project reporting in order to drive the continuous improvement of the processes anticipate risks before the fire starts and take necessary mitigations into life,
• He/she assists to define, manage, supervise and control the logistics policy in order to respect deadline and reduce costs,
• He/she is in charge of project documentation for the goods and services within the project. He/she monitors, collects or sources out all the data needed to implement the reporting. Backups of files, for reports and critical documents hire, train, motivate, evaluate and develop the people in the team in order to provide the Unit with the needed Quality competencies and performance.
