QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Altigen Medya is a communications agency providing publishing services to The Oil & Gas Year. The TOGY series of books are comprehensive industry reviews presenting in-depth analysis of every issue from diplomacy and politics through project finance to geology. The Oil & Gas Year gives extensive coverage to the latest news, developments and hot button issues in the energy industry through the opinions and vision of its most relevant and influential players.
The Oil & Gas Year is urgently looking for a full-time or part-time (at least half day everyday, or 3 times a week) office interns for its international publications.
Qualifications are:
* Excellent command of English; both written and spoken
* Effective communication skills
* Professional attitude
* Careful, high level of perception
* Advanced time management and organization skills
* Multitask approach
İŞ TANIMI
Responsibilities:
* Keeping the executives’ agenda
* Daily routine referring to office management
* Follow up administration process
* Preparing reports or documents in English
* Researching
* Assisting with distribution and invoicing
* Other tasks vary according to the directors' requirements
Preferred Candidate
Less than 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Student)
