Job description
 
  • Providing the highest standard of customer satisfaction to our customers worldwide over the phone in a call centre environment
  • Offering efficient, professional customer oriented response to customer emails, faxes and white mail in accordance to given guidelines
  • Providing effective advisory service to customers
  • Resolving customer queries via phone
  • Providing answers to customer queries by using given system tools and defined processes in a most efficient way and at customers benefits, responding in a written form if needed
