FASHION DESIGNERS

• Bachelor or university degree
• Practical experience with team management
• Strong Knowledge of fabric, washing’s and finishing’s, trims
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonel / people skill; ability to establish and build strong communication with other departments and customers

• 3-5 years of experience in technical design
• Great eye for fashion and product details
• Knows how to work fabrics, textiles, colors, style details, size specifications, trim sheets and measurement/grading charts
• Development and management of prototypes and samples
• Meticulousness, professionalism & creativity
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator 

İŞ TANIMI

• To Design seasonal collections and develop them from theme to sketch to final production ready samples within the time limits of our Merchandising Calendar       
• Create concept, colour, materials, and trim boards in line
• Manage, set goals, monitor progress, offer help & critique work for Design team
• Responsible for managing and creating the Aster line and establishing functional and aesthetic designs on a seasional basis
• Maintain consistency throught the product line with the identity of Aster
• Align business goals with customer needs
• Work with Account Managers to solve any discrepancies
• Travel overseas when necessary
