SHIFT ENGINEER - PRODUCTION

Yıldız Holding, one of the largest and fast growing groups of Türkiye, is looking for Shift Engineer who will work in Production Department in BESLER located in Kurtköy, Istanbul. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below.

• Bachelor’s degree from Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering departments of universities
• Minumum a year of experience in production processes
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Good command of MS Office applications and knowledge of SAP
• Able to work in shift system
• Strong planning, analytical, follow-up and project management skills
• Effective communication skills with all levels of an organization
• Completed military service for male candidates

• To execute the production activities with optimum usage of manpower, machines and material resource
• To ensure daily production requirements in associated machines and to provide necessary reporting
• To improve production line performance on quality and efficiency
