İŞ TANIMI

Purpose:
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies building personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• To ensure that the visitor/customer sign-in as per Company policy and procedures
• Ensuring all external/internal calls are routed to the correct destinations
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• PC literate in – outlook, word & excel
• Continuous updating of reception processes and procedures
• Additional tasks as business requires.
