• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction and/or Electrical, Mechanical Engineering
• 7+ years of experience on industrial, oil and gas construction projects (Consultancy experience will be an asset)
• Basic process design of biogas plants,
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; verbal, written and visual
• Experience managing project teams with internal team members and outside consultants
• Experience/Knowledge of interior architectural and construction practices
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD preferred,

İŞ TANIMI

• Supervision of all construction works, mechanical and electrical installation activities in line with the by the Client approved BOQ, technical specifications and the approved time schedule until final commissioning of a biogas production plant.
• Preparation and Recording of all ‘Provisional Acceptance Protocols’
• Inspection of all installations subjected to provisional and final acceptance and joining to related tests, complying with procedures according to the made contracts and specifications, during the construction of the plant.
• One face to Client, communication function between the installation and construction teams,
• Implementation of international standards,
• Construction, Mechanical and Electrical installation team coordination,
• Coordinating contractors and staff within the scope of the agreed activities,
• Organization of weekly meetings and recording related MOM’s and reporting to HQ.
• Evaluation of executed works & Reporting of findings
• Evaluation and acceptance of materials and equipment,
• On-site project and standard application control,
• Auditing of approved project details and application,
• Detection of non-conformities and correction monitoring,
• Auditing of health and safety equipment and assuring correct precautions by contractors,

• Planning all the required improvements / adjustments in accordance with the agreed work-schedule,
• Identification of possible risks, providing opinions regarding warnings and precautions,
• Providing periodical weekly and monthly reports (consisting performed inspections, test criteria’s, obtained test-inspection results, a comparison between the contractual requirements and the realized installations, possible improvements and revisions of the construction or installation) regarding the progress made, the time-schedule and additional works.
