We are looking for a 'Strategic Marketing Supervisor’ for our company Borusan Industrial Systems.

University degree in Engineering,

At least 5 years of strategic marketing, business devolopment experience

Fluency in English, both written and spoken,

Proficiency in MS Office applications,

No restriction to travel,

Advanced presentation, communication and interpersonal skills,

Market strategy:

•Get customer insights

•Follow market development and trends

•Define target markets and continously evaluate /change if necessary

•Track competitive activities and market shares. Develop plan to grow the market and/or increase market share.

•Understand market needs and expectations for the products and provide feedback to Business Units for further opportunities.

Pricing strategy:

•Bring continuous feedback across products and channels considering competitive environment in order to develop and manage pricing strategy

Distribution strategy:

•Identify opportunities to develop go-to-market channels

•Set the performance criteria for the channels and evaluate together with BD in order to take actions. (Go / No Go)

•Advertising & Promotions strategy:

•Bring continuous feedback to the team from the market in order to better coordinate marketing communication

Brand Strategy:

•Ensure marketing plans are aligned with the global strategies of the brand.

Budgeting:

•Develop annual budget in conjunction with the sales department in terms of business development

Funnel Management:

•Ensure the funnel to be full enough by data mining on market research reports, news, project global platforms etc.

•Report funnel monthly & quarterly
