QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

BS / MSc degree in mechanical/ automotive/ aerospace/physics/ engineering.
Excellent comment of written and spoken English and/or German
Technical knowledge and experience on mechanics, material and fatigue analysis is required.
Technical knowledge and experience on statistics and tolerance analysis are preferred
Industrial experience using commercial FEA software preferably ABAQUS.
Strong analytical thinking and good communicational skills
At least 2 years experience in a similar job

İŞ TANIMI

We are looking for a finite elements (FEA) and statistical tolerance analysis engineer to strengthen our simulation team.

Perform linear, non-linear and thermal analysis by using software ABAQUS
Development of “Statistical Tolerance Analysis”-models of complex product assemblies using ProEngineer and VSA software
Performing optimization activities of products and "virtual" manufacturing processes using the developed tolerance models
Validate simulation results with experimental / analytical data
Generation of reports to present the post processed solutions to the customer
