QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
*Bachelor's degree preferably from Industrial or Management Engineering;
*Experienced especially in process management, corporate strategy management and project management;
*Experience in strategy development and implementation, change management and managing multiple projects
*Excellent command of both written and spoken English
*Professional knowledge of MS Applications and preferably knowledge of Business Intelligence and MS Project
*Overall understanding of corporate dynamics and needs;
*Ability to lead, take the initiative;
*Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
*Strong facilitation and presentation skills;
*Outstanding analytical and decision making skills;
*Strong learning agility and innovative approach.
*Assisting to manage and monitor Brisa change management projects such as Process Management, Project & Portfolio Management,
*Implementing the integration between those projects mentioning above and developing corporate aspect for progress throughout the company,
*Initiating and developing process management methodology, processes and documentation for company wide perspective,
*Designing, implementing and supporting the execution of the project & portfolio management system
