Assembly Engineer

• University degree in engineering departments (Industrial or Mechanical engineering is preferred),
• Fluent English knowledge is must,
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in automotive/white goods industry,
• Experience in MS Office applications,
• Basic knowledge of  6-Sigma, Lean Production and TQM,
• Analytical minded, creative, good communication skills,
• Live/Willing to live in or close to Çerkezköy.

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for personal development and management of the blue collar workers in production line and ensure their work in accordance with company rules and regulations,
• Sustaining daily production plan in order to keep high quality and productivity,
• Coordination and implementation of autonomous maintenance activities,
• Planning, implementation and reporting of process improvement and simplification activities,
• Planning, implementation and reporting of corrective and preventive quality improvement activities,
• Planning, implementation and reporting of production related Production System (Lean Manufacturing) tools,
• Take active role in the implementation projects of new equipment, machinery and production related systems.
