Pre Production Engineer

• University degree in engineering or technical departments (mechanical engineers are preferred),
• Strong desire for tool design,
• Minimum 2-3 years tool design experience is required (shop floor experience will be an asset),
• Metal forming and tooling knowledge of MS Office applications, knowledge of Autocad, UG, SAP,
• Basic knowledge of Lean Production (TPM, Autonomous Maintenance, 5S) and ability to use problem solving techniques (Kaizen, 6-Sigma),
• Analytical and open minded, creative, team worker, good communication skills,
• Live/Willing to live in or close to Çerkezköy.

İŞ TANIMI

• Preperation of mould, apparatus and equipment specification and acceptance of them, designing of mould-equipment, spare part, apparatus and fixtures, working for cost reduction projects,
• To manage the internal tools and fixtures,
• To provide technical support for external tools,
• To plan and manage the modification activities of internal tools ,
• To improve the tools for increasing quality level of product,
• Ensuring tool design standards meet production,  quality, ergonomy and safety standards,
• Providing most economical and efficient technical design of tools or modifications,
• Analyzing overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and performing/leading continuous improvement projects (CIP) within cross-sectional teams to eliminate losses,
• Take active role in new product projects,
• Coordination responsibilities between central toolshop and factory.
