• University degree in engineering departments,
• Preferably 3-4  years experience in Quality Management,
• Fluent English knowledge is a must,
• Knowledge of MS Office programs is a must,
• Preferably knowledge of Quality System Tools,
• Analytical minded, creativity, open to changes, excellent communication, self discipline, orientation for target realization skills,
• Live/Willing to live in or close to Çerkezköy.

İŞ TANIMI

• Taking role on definition of  Regional Quality Strategy and Setting of Quality Targets (adaption),
• Safekeeping of the needed quality competencies and the general set up to ensure the defined BSH quality level,
• Consumer Feedback within Regions (Quality Controlling and Reporting)
  • Market observation (Social Media, PQM, KPIs)
  • Product Life Cycle Quality Control
  • Quality Alert Tracking,
• Product Safety
  • Supervision of BSH mandatory requirements and adaptation of monitoring to regional legal demands
  • Organization of activities in case of issues together with RPDx,
• Prevention
  • Challenging of QM perspective in regional projects,
• Factories Coordination and QM System
  • SAP
  • 6Sigma
  • ISO9001,
• Contribution to reach the regional and product division targets regarding profitability, quality, innovation and globalization,
• Working on release of regional products and regional merchandise products together with Fxx-QM,
• Ensure a global flow of information, which are quality relevant for continuous improvement and best practice sharing.
