• University degree in Business Administration/ Economics or relevant area
• 3-5 years of experience at a multinational entity or bank;
• Strong command of finance knowledge
• Experience with credit review for countries in MENA is a plus
• Experience in Financial Statements & Credibility Analysis;
• Strong people skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels,
• Advanced level of English
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills,process minded thinker,
• Attention  to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy when under pressure
• Effective use of MS Office programs

İŞ TANIMI

• Evaluate the creditworthiness of customers and assess the likelihood that customers will not be able to meet financial obligations by reviewing the customers financial history and determining whether market conditions will be conducive to repayment.
• Partner and closely work with the sales team to proctively determine an accepatable risk level for the customers portfolio and advise on risk mitigation options when required.                 

• Responsible for collections of outstanding receivables for customers within Turkey & MENA region                

• Develop a good understanding of Cargills’ credit policy and credit risk application. Assure that the business continues to complies with the policies as business expansion is happening.
• Give clear guidance on roles and responsibilities to the stakeholders for the key credit processes like limit approval and daily order releasing.            

• Assist the BUCRL/credit manager with the preparation of the month-end KPI on overdue and risk review progress. Monitor customer portfolio to detect high risk customer and follow-up with the sales team/BU management to reduce the risk level when required.      

• Drive the daily hold & release process by gathering necessary information from the different stakeholders, assure that information on cash collections is up-to-date and escalate to the next level when release rights exceeds the credit analyst authority.
