What will I be doing?
 
As Guest Service Agent, you will directly address the needs of VIP Guests and inform other Team Members of VIP needs in order to ensure an exceptional Guest experience. A Guest Service Agent is responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

Meet, greet and direct Guests who enter the lobby area

Serve as the main point of contact for VIP Guests and ensure hotel departments are fully briefed on their requirements

Seek verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis and respond to all Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

Serve as a point of contact for long-stay Guests of 14 days or longer – ensuring they feel comfortable and can ask advice or information from Guest Relations

Manage, record and resolve promptly Guest or customer complaints

Ensure a very high level of customer service is constantly maintained for Reception, Lobby area and Executive Lounge

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all facilities and services provided within the hotel and identify opportunities for up-selling and promoting when appropriate

Show creativity with ideas regarding lobby/reception decoration at suitable seasonal time periods in order to enhance the overall image and warmth of this area for the Guest

Communicate with the Front Office Manager and track and reward regular Guests for their loyalty and creativity; choose rewards that meet Guest preferences while remaining within the allocated budget

Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas

Maintain staffing levels to meet business demands

Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation

Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems

Assist with other departments, as necessary

What will I be doing?
As Front Desk Clerk, you will provide reception services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits, as required. What will I be doing?
As a Food & Beverage Captain, you are responsible for supervising operations of Food & Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Food & Beverage Captain would also be required to communicate and delegate tasks to the team to ensure departmental targets are achieved. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Supervise Food & Beverage Outlet operations

Communicate and delegate tasks to the team

Ensure compliance of brand standards

Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

Represent needs of the team

Assist F&B management with achieving financial targets

Assist F&B management with training and development of team members

Assist with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibility

Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation

Be environmentally aware

Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

Ensures that new staff gets required trainings and orientation within the department. Follows up with if the training files are filled correctly, up-dates training schedules and prepares trainnigs if required.

Communicates all the requested financial data to related departments/persons

Support the maximization of sales through making recommendations and realizing creative sales techniques and cross-sales opportunities continuously.

What will I be doing?
As Sales Coordinator, you will will fully support, from administrative, customer service, and sale lead development perspectives, the Sales team to develop future and repeat business. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
 
Selling bedroom, banquet spaces, restaurants and other services in Conrad Istanbul
Selling of meetings, trainings, weddings, bar mitzvahs,  engagements, private events, outside caterings
Gives out availability and rates for rooms and banquet events in line with targeted selling strategy
Ensures a 24 hour response time to every client
Works on assigned sources and channels
Entertains the client, prepares and lead site inspections and stay-over as per current procedures and standards
Makes sales calls to the clients when necessary
Follow up of past files to get repeated businesses
Always takes the competition, need period, business on the books and market structure into consideration for whatever decision on a booking.
Answers and register incoming calls as per telephone handling procedure
Follow up offers and options to convert them to TEN and DEF business and negotiates when needed
Follow up of waitlist and lost bookings
Follow up the bookings with bodies from field sales team
Converts business as fast as possible and assists in reaching the planned revenue per month for the related segments
Convinces clients to choose Conrad Istanbul by proper follow up on each booking by using negotiating techniques
Preparing the contract and pro-forma in voice, follow up of the payment
Handling the short term requests, sending offer and making contract.
Entertaining walk in & site inspection guests; trying to maximize conversion of walk in & inspection meetings to sale leads.
Convincing clients to choose Conrad Istanbul by proper f/up and negotiation skills.
Enters the offer, option, tentative and definite bookings into DELPHI and ONQ with the Conrad Istanbul commercial standards and procedures
