-          B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering
-          Fluency in English is desirable.
-          Min 2 years in mechanical maintenance for extrusion or similar processes
-          Maintenance of Gear Boxes/Blowers/Pumps/bearings/compressors
-          Maintenance of material handling systems such as Forklifts/conveying systems
-          Maintenance and calibration of Balances and loadcells
-          Maintenance systems: preventive and breakdown
-          Maintenance and Calibration schedules and records
-          Reporting for Breakdowns and all Maintenance activities
-          Analytical thinking and trouble shooting for all maintenance related problems

İŞ TANIMI

-          Regularly reports all the maintenance activities for the Production/Plant Manager
-          Trouble shooting for mechanical failures and be in contact with the technical services of the machine supplier.
-          Implement maintenance systems Preventive, Scheduled, Breakdown and prepare the related procedures and instructions for ISO.
-          Daily Control and organisation of all Maintenance activities and records done by the technicians.
-           Plan for the yearly shut down.
-          Training of his subordinates(Technicians)
-          Inventory control for spare parts - tools and regularly placing orders regarding to the Minimum stock requirements.
