QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
ÇÖZÜM YAPI YÖNETİM ve İŞLETİM HİZMETLERİ A. Ş. is looking for prospects for its TFM Consultancy Projects Coordinator Position to manage, coordinate, plan and perform its Total Facility Management (TFM) Consultancy Services.
Analytical thinking, conceptual thinking, achievement orientation, customer service orientation, inter-personel understanding, teamwork, relationship building, stress management, flexibiliy, impact and influence and information seeking are the primary competency and skill requirements of the position.
The prospects should;
. Be graduated from Architecture and Design, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, City (Urban) Regional Planning Departments of related universities,
. Be competent in the English Language,
. Possess presentation knowledge and skillls,
. Be able to work under stress,
. Be under 30 years of age,
. Be professionally experienced for at least 3 years in design project review and management,
. Be proficient in Office Programs and Autocad as well as in Photoshop or Coral Draw.
Qualified prospects experienced in Total Facillity Management, building operations and budgeting shall take precedence over others.

3. Condominium Declaration guidelines review and development
4. Operating Budget & Service Charge (Operation & Maintenence Cost) Modelling
5. Security, access control and cleaning services management
6. Maintenance Management
7. Waste Management
8. Pedestrian and Vehicle Traffic Management
9. Mail & Cargo Management
10.Move Management
11.Emergency Management
12.Transition Management
