QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
As CP Group, which is one of the leading companies in the Feed and Food Industry, we are now looking for a “CATEGORY MANAGER” to be assigned in our Food Business located on our Head Office in Mecidiyeköy/Şişli.
The preferable qualities we seek for on the candidates are:
- Minimum 3 years of “Category Management” and 8 years of overall experience in FMCG business
- Excellent working knowledge of selection and composition of product portfolio
- Experienced in category management, product management and sales report analysis
- Additional sales experience is a plus
- Exceptional communication, persuasion and team working skills
- Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent command of English
- MS Office (Word, Excel Powerpoint) knowledge,
- No restrictions for travelling,
- Male candidates should have completed the military service requirements
İŞ TANIMI
Reporting directly to Trade Marketing Head, our Category Manager will be responsible for:
- Develops the category agenda for all trade channels to support long term category growth
- Defines 4P strategy and tactics by channel managers,advices and leads the annual activity calendar by identifying key opportunities in categories and channels
- Coordinates the planning and execution of trade promotions
- Conducts pre and post analysis of customer and channel promotions and adjusts business plans
- Plans and manages below the line activities

More than 8 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
