Expansion Specialist

CP Group - TÜRKİYE

• Undergraduate degree from a reputable university, preferably from Urban and Regional Planning, Engineering or Architecture
• At least 3 years of related field experience
• Experience in a multi-site retail/real estate environment is preferred
• Fluency in English is a plus
• Good command of MS Office applications and Maptriks
• Proven strategic thinker with high level of analytical and commercial skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Committed to studying and understanding emerging businesses, markets, and industry trends

İŞ TANIMI

• Playing a lead role in facilitating the execution of short & long-term expansion strategies relating to the Real Estate portfolio:
  • Effective Market Mapping – analyzing & understanding market potential and identifying key trade areas for CP Shops
  • Negotiating leases and purchase agreements for the best new sites/shops to ensure the best value for all real estate assets
  • Undertaking negotiations for CP shop closures and following approval, implement CP Shop closure
  • Partnering effectively across all Internal Development functions (Design, Construction, Facilities, etc.)
• Supporting the ongoing profitability of the business through close management of existing leases within a defined region/area
• Building effective, strategic partnerships with developers, large retailers and brokers
• Staying in contact with Real Estate Industry, local councils/authorities to keep well informed of regulations, ordinances, competitive activity and market conditions
• Acting as a representative of the company on matters relating to zoning or specific required permits
