Executive Chef

As CP Group, which is one of the leading companies in the Feed and Food Industry, we are now looking for a “EXECUTIVE CHEF” to be assigned in our Head Office in Mecidiyeköy / İstanbul.

The qualifications that we are looking for:

• Minimum 8 years experience in an equivalent position preferably in 5 star international hotels or reputable restaurants
• Fluent in English
• Experienced in Turkish Cuisine and various world cuisine as well
• To ensure ISO 22000 Food Safety requirements and consistency in quality of dishes at all times
• Excellent planning and organising skills supported by strong supervisory skills
• A creative approach to the production of food
• A thorough understanding of contemporary culinary production, techniques, standards and trends

İŞ TANIMI

Executive Chef will be responsible for:

• Research chefs formulate and test new products and supplies for food establishments like hotel chains and restaurants, food manufacturers and other companies associated with the food industry.
• Develop new products by conducting consumer testing, observing market trends and modifying recipes.
• Creating new ready meals, menu ideas and food products
• Choose menu designs and determine menu prices.
• Make food cost analysis of new menu items
• Focus on his or her employer's food services business and create plans for expansion, promotion, and development.
• Up to date on new techniques and trends
• Assist in leading execution of culinary testing and consumer testing to validate prototype delivery and performance on key attributes.
