Quality Assurance System Manager

As CP Group, which is one of the leading companies in the Feed and Chicken Meat Industry, we are now looking for a “QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM MANAGER”, to be assigned in  Bursa / İnegöl or Bilecik / Osmaneli.

The qualifications that we are looking for in an ideal candidate are:

• Minimum 8 years experience in food production and/or quality and food safety processes
• Bachelor degree in Food Engineering
• Knowledge on Quality Assurance System
• Experience on Lean Management Systems
• Excellent command of English
• Advanced usage level of MS Office applications
• Quality problem solving technique experience (8D, 5Why, 6 Sigma etc.) is a plus
• Male candidates should have completed the military service requirements

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for ensuring that the quality management system (QMS) is fully implemented in an organized and efficient manner
• Advancing quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
• The preparation of the companies QA and food safety manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions
• Control and the distribution of all the companies quality and food safety documentation
• Monitor all quality and food safety related activities on the project
• Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the companies management
• Verify contractor quality and food safety requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
• Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements
• Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
• Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC manager 
• Monitor statistical method reporting.
• Action and close all customer complaints
