Move Supervisor

Crown Relocations, Istanbul

Crown Relocations is looking for a Move Coordinator to join our team in Istanbul on a daily basis. Crown is the world's largest privately owned company in the field of international relocation, providing transportation of household goods, global mobility services and fine arts services in 265 locations around the world.

The Move Coordinator will mainly focus on home search services and our clients' Household Goods to/from Turkey.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Providing the highest standard of service to our customers in managing their relocation, ensuring the positive perception of the company and its services and securing great feedback
• Advising customers and corporate clients about the moving and customs processes
• Developing and managing close professional relationships with corporate clients
• Managing operations with crews, customs brokers and shipping lines
• Applying our Move Management programme to each and every relocation
• Ensuring the company’s management system (Interact) is accurately updated with all necessary and appropriate information on a daily basis
• Completing invoicing/job costing within time frames required for each shipment
• Contributing to the development of our business through enhanced profitability and improved quality standards

• A mature, outgoing personality, proactive, self-motivated and hardworking
• Commitment to providing quality customer care and service
• Effective problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fluent English and Turkish are mandatory, whilst proficiencies in other languages will be a definite plus.
