Damat-Tween

• University degree
• Fluency in English
• At least 5 years of experiences in leasing and investment
• Experience in business development
• Strong relationship management, excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
• Active driving experience
• No restriction of travelling
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Operating leasing activities, to coordinate the development processes of the brands Damat, Tween, D’S Damat  
• Conduct feasibility studies, analysis of the locations for future store openings and re – leasing of the existing stores to negotiate and operate the all processes proactively
• Working closely with board members in financial planning, forecasting and expansion strategies,  
• Ensure that the lease contract process is executed effectively and in accordance with the defined criteria and store opening calendar.
