GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

DeFacto has become one of the most popular fashion brands in Turkey which was established in 2003. DeFacto, which is positioned as the pioneer brand of the Mediterranean fashion in the world and in Turkey, is revealed with its smart and comfortable designs which are used also in the business life as well as the daily life. The brand has currently more than 6500 employees and 250 stores. DeFacto has stores in abroad such as Kazakhstan, Iraq, Egypt, Belarus. Also Defacto has achieved a first in Turkey by establishing Happiness Departments for getting highest employee satisfaction.

We are looking for a “Consumer Insight and Market Intelligence Director” with below required qualifications;

Required Qualifications;

Bachelor degree from a reputable university, MBA or masters degree is a plus,
Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing with at least 5 years at management level,
Being capable of putting together, leading, motivating and training the team,
Understanding of business financials, ROI & profitability,
Being able to work with all business divisions in a proactive manner and drive results,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
Strong planning, organizing, reporting and analytical abilities,
No obstacle to travel in Turkey and abroad,
No military obligation for male candidates.

Main Functions;

Build and develop the Market Research Team within the organization; educating and guiding the organization on the use of insights and application of insights at all levels.
Be the unbiased voice of the Consumer and be the consumer expert for the entire organization.
Assist marketing and brand leadership in prioritization of initiatives based on consumer insights.
Uncover and deliver a strategic perspective on new business opportunities grounded in research and insights.
Develop systems to include consumers in the design, product development and order planning processes, and ensure the application of these systems.
Establish and operate system where weekly up to date product demands of different customer groups (segments) can be obtained from store staff and from direct consumers, and where these details can be transmitted in analytical and visual data formats to be shared with product teams.
Research, design, and execute new market research methods that improve data collection, monitoring, and improve quality of deliverables
Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence.
Manage data analysis and provide actionable, unbiased, and high-value strategic recommendations to move the business forward.
Effectively communicate findings from research to brand leadership via presentations, reports, etc.
Conduct market research and customer relations analysis in different countries.
Source and Manage vendors and relationships internally and externally.
