İŞ TANIMI
- To provide a full tracing service by communicating with other DHL countries and finding solutions for internal and external customers
- To answer incoming customer telephone calls within pre-set standards and in a professional manner to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction to all DHL customers and users of all DHL services
- The working hours will be between 15:00 - 23:45 in work days
