Turkish plant is one of the biggest and fast growing unit of the Group with a high level of technology and reputation in Turkish and European OE and AE markets.

İŞ TANIMI

General Qualifications:
• Engineering background, especially mechanical or automotive
• Fluent both written and spoken in English, 2’nd foreign language is preferred.
• Product development engineering background especially in automotive industry
• Good communication skills internally and with OEM customer representatives
• Good user skills with 3D drawings software
• No obstacle for local customer travel
• Military service should be completed (For male candidates)
Job Description:
• Develop specific products in different OEM projects according to the customer requirements
• Keep in contact with customer R&D teams, participate in customer meetings, follow up and finalize the project until the final design release, and transferring to serial production.
• Follow up new prototype requirements, initiate internal departments and actions to produce on time
• Make technical and commercial analysis of the new RFQ’s, fill in the cost calculation sheet, get support from the related internal departments
• Work under the supervision of OEM Sales Manager, provide immediate support and solution related with technical issues whenever required.
