• At least 3 years of work experience within the field of User Experience and Interaction Design.
• Knowledge of common concepts and best practices in User Experience and Interaction
  Design.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and marketplace business model.Ability to clearly articulate and justify design decisions.
• Experience working with a development team is a must.
• Online portfolio with current work available to show.
• BA/BS degree in Visual Design, Interaction Design, HCI, related field or equivalent practical
  experience.
• Proficiency in e-commerce is a must.

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for maximizing the value of the product and the work of the Development Team and managing the Product Backlog.
• Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the
• Scrum Team will work on next.
• Creating, maintaining and clearly expressing each items on the Product backlog.
• Ensuring the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed.
• Sort the Product backlog items according to priority. 
• Optimizing the value of the work the Development Team performs;
• Help the Scrum Master organize Sprint Review Meetings.
• Attend sprint planning meetings.
• Get detail level of requirement from stakeholders or customers.
• Build and maintain a relationship with the Stakeholders.
• Clearly report to upper management.
• Listening VoC and translating it to business.
• Keen on defining market opportunities.
• Preparing product roadmap (Short & Long Term)
• Preparing clear, understandable and applicable business cases
• Understand the customer needs and translate it to business.
• Evaluate and review trend analysis of the product, product gap analysis, tactical Support, Winn /Loss analysis, competitor analysis, market requirements document, product requirement document, product positioning.
