QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The company is in the Business of exporting by sea going containers by air,by quick cargo,and by trucks .
Personal Requirments :
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
· University degree in Logistics ,Business Administration or Economics
· Strong planning and organization ability with strong analytical skills,
· Proficiency in MS Office applications
· Very good communication skills in English language
· Capable of multi-tasking and performing general administrative skills
· B class of driving licence and driving experience 2 years
· Communication and negotied skills and Business ethic

İŞ TANIMI
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Process and input all customer orders.
· Run stock reports to check for product availability.
· Generate all related paperwork for all foreign transactions
· Maintain contact with the airlines, trucking companies and any agents that will be handling the freight to ensure
· Responsible for processing pick-up requests .
· Accurate typing skills and/or data entry skills.
· Ensure the accuracy of all receiving and shipping documents.
· Assure proper invoicing of accounts
· Gather and maintain all data and records relative to shipping and receiving activities.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
