GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Internal Audits- ensure sufficient safeguards are placed on finance processes, particularly through the implementation of standard procedures and satisfactory controls over :
a) Fixed assets
b) Cash resources
c) Receivables and payables
2. Ensure all accounting SOPs have been properly implemented and adhered to and financial reporting is being produced strictly in accordance with the reporting guidelines and timetable.
3. Review and implementation, where necessary, of such procedures and controls,thereby ensuring compliance with local taxation legislation in an efficient and effective manner. Such tax planning will consider the inclusion of management/technical fees, inter-company loans and interest.
4. Implement and amend financial systems to maintain compliancy and quality of financial processes.
5. Reporting - provide monthly reports to the CFO as per the finance calendar schedule

Desired Skills and Experience
- BA in Finance/Accounting or equivalent professional qualification
- 5 to 7 years’ experience in an audit role
- Demonstrated experience in Internal Audit practices
- EXCEL to advanced level (can demonstrate use of complicated look-ups and advanced Pivot Tables)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill and experience with budgeting, forecasting, planning and analysis are prerequisites.
- Highly proactive and a “self-starter”.
- Demonstrated ability to consolidate/review large amounts of data and provide clear, concise and insightful updates on business issues and performance on a timely and regular basis.
- Management and leadership skills – directing and delegating the team to achieve finance goals as defined
