GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI
Management Trainee
The 2 year program is specially designed for all recent university graduates. Suitable candidates will be offered a structured career development program covering:
You will rotate through 6 different departments in order to learn about the department operations and broaden your understanding of our business.
This program is applicable for the best of their class graduates from the finest universities in Turkey.
We will train ambitious and talented individual to acquire knowledge, skills and experience through a systematic and intensive development programme. The programme is to develop the individuals for the future leadership role in all functions, including Finance & Accounting, Credit, Human Resources, Legal & Procurement, Controlling, IT etc .
You will learn about our unique DNA and business model, build up your own network of contacts, discover our divisions and gain an overview of DSV, our culture and our working environment.
The program offers you to become a real player of a business or an expertise area in a dynamic working environment, close supervision for your personal and professional development and network. You will be given personal responsibility and have your own tasks and you will take an active part in business or process improvement projects and support the business or an expertise area in daily operation.
Management Trainee Program:
- IT – Business Process Mapping / 6 month
- HR – Developing internal procedures / 3 month
- Legal & Procurement – Developing internal procedures / 6 month
- Credit – Improving cash management / 3 month
- Finance & Accounting – Understanding accounting / 3 month
- Controlling – Understanding reporting / 3 month
Each trainee will be coupled with a buddy who will support their endeavors throughout the programme. The trainees will reference the respective head of section during the rotation period.
After completing the Program;
Depending on individual performance, development opportunities and further advancement to managerial positions will be available for trainees with outstanding performances and capabilities to progress further along their career ladder.
