• University degree in Economics, Business Administration in reputable universities
• 3 years of audit experience in a big 4 audit companies
• Full understanding of financial processes and procedures
• Strong understanding of IFRS and Turkish GAAP
• Budgeting experience is not a must but is an asset
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially strong Excel knowledge
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• The excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Good problem solving and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to get into the details
• Male candidates should have completed their military services
• Nonsmoker

İŞ TANIMI

• Ensures that all necessary activities for proper financial closing and reporting were complied by the accounting department
• Review of closed month's financial statements by means of
  • Complete presentation of significant accruals for income statement accounts
  • Accurate presentation of balance sheet items
  • Performing analytical or detailed review of significant accounts
  • Ensuring proper costing of inventories
• Provides proactive support to finance and accounting departments, collaborates with accounting team to accurately and timely report for the financial statements
• Provides a good quality documentation of works done for financial controlling purposes
• Supports maintenance of control environment and adherence to company policies
• Supports improvement of financial processes and procedures
• Maintains relationship with external auditors, supplies data to the auditors and play a key role in audit field work

• Prepares annual budget in close cooperation with all other departments
• Responsible for preparation of regular financial reports & management reports (reporting is based on units, stores and HQ departments)
• Prepares detailed analysis and reports to CFO for specific income statement accounts when required
• Monthly executes detailed analysis of actual vs. budget performance, strongly discusses with department managers for variances in performance they controlled.
• Speaks with numbers, dominates all financial status of the company and the units.
• Supports preparation of feasibility works (new stores) and sensitivity analysis for prospective investment projects
• Reports and follows the business KPI's. Strongly asks for explanation for unusual items.
