Finance Specialist

ENGLISH HOME

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering and Business Engineering or other qualified discipline of reputable universities,
• 1 yrs of experience is adequate Audit background or deep analist of Balance Sheet and P&L,
• Checking monthly Forecast, Plan, Actual scenarios and defining variance between units P&L's,
• Ensure all the P&L lines matching with consolidation of various files,
• Excellent command of English (both verbal and written),
• IT literate in MS Office Applications (especially in excel, VBA knowledge is an asset),
• High degree of analytical mind and problem solving skills and the ability to make reliable, objective judgements and proposals,
• Business awareness/production processes knowledge (familiarity with retail & textile sector is an asset),
• Excellent in relation management and able to communicate in an effective and efficient manner with all levels of staff and upper management (within the department and interdepartmental),
• Position requires in depth experience especially in Cost Accounting, Financial Planning, Business Analysis, Product Profitability Assessment and Project Evaluation,
• Demonstrated experiences and results in providing leadership and improve processes to optimize Working Capital,
• Excellent Time Management Skills and familiar to work with strict deadlines,
• Very good command of planning, organizing and coordinating skills,
• No restriction to travel,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Location will be based at HQ in Istanbul.

İŞ TANIMI

• Prepare Monthly Financial Statements in full compliance with statutory and IFRS to improve productivity in providing timely and accurate Financial Statements,
• Work closely with ERP consultants to ensure preparation of SHE, F/A and CoGS Movement Schedules (accurate product costing determination is hugely crucial),
• Full Budget and S&OP responsibility via commencing with Holding Companies staff by kick-off and assumptions such as F/X & inflation rates,
• Prepare Cash-Flow budgets and assure monthly budget figures based on Cash-Flow, make comparisons with budgeted, forecasted and actual figures in line with monthly rolling model as well as apply the same methodology for Financial Statements,
• Control the accuracy of standard costing during the month and adjust at month ends with actual costs,
• Working Capital Analysis and Management,
• Effective Control on Cost of Goods Manufactured and Cost of Trade Goods Sold as well as Operational Expenses of Holding Group of companies,
• Support upper management to maintain and exceed budgeted EBIT-DA figures,
• Support Financial and Commercial Due Diligences via making five years modellings, Operating Free Cash Flows, Net Working Capital Need, Discounted Cash Flows,
• Identify/implement and continously improve internal controls that ensure accurate reporting and proper safeguarding of company assets.
