GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

We are looking for a Quality Control Superintendent - Civil/Structural for our Combined Cycle Power Plant Project in Iraq;
  • Has a BSc. degree from Civil Engineering department of Technical Universities
  • Has an advanced English level (speaking + writing)
  • 4-5 years experience in a similar position
  • Manages the quality related activities of the civil works  and be responsible for the preparation of quality documents as per the requirements of the contract’s specification (i.e. Quality Plan, Procedures, ITPs, MSs)
  • Performs all civil inspection activities related to each stage of the Project
  • Be responsible for the internal audits to be conducted within the Project
  • Prepares and maintains concrete mix designs as well as managing all test requirements to be conducted in QC Lab and concrete batch plant
  • Monitor the installation of concrete and steel structural works on site and makes sure that the works are in compliance with the project technical specification,
  • Provide technical support for Construction, Procurement, and Engineering as needed
  • Directs workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and works executed on site
  • Monitors NCRs and prepares, with the relevant department leads,  related corrective actions as per the approved procedure,
  • Ensures the product is built to customer specification and all required data is recorded ensuring no gaps in quality records
  • In consultation with the procurement department, manage sampling and inspection of incoming materials to verify their suitability for use
  • Reviews customer requirements and design drawings prior to submit to the Construction
  • Communicates quality acceptance rates to senior management. Provide project quality and test reports.
