QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree (major specializing in industrial relations and human resources preferred),
- 4+ years experience in Human Resources (recruitment, organizational planning & development, performance management, training management),
- Recruitment experience in Construction is preferred,
- Very good knowledge about Turkish Labor Legislation,
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,
- Ability to establish credibility with managers and employees.
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently, work proactively, and to achieve results without close supervision,
- Proven organizational skills and experience leading HR projects,
- Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem solving skills.

- Follow up and update all labor law and other legal procedures,

- Providing counsel/support to management and employees.
- Managing HR projects as required by the HR Business Partners to ensure that HR policies and procedures are developed continuously to meet overall business requirements,
- Responsible with the hiring process: elaborating and signing employment contracts, maintaining documents evidence, elaborating employee certificates by request,
- Lead payroll responsible in payroll calculations and follow up,
- Maintaining knowledge of current human resources trends, state & federal regulations, and company policies,
