• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 2  years automotive experience
• Good level of English both written and spoken
• Strong analytical and proven team oriented problem solving-skills required
• Strong customer satisfaction orientation
• Strong team-orientation
• In-depth knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 and Quality Tools
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• No military obligation for male candidate
• Living or willing to live in Bursa, Gemlik, Orhangazi or Yalova is a must
• B class diriving lisense

İŞ TANIMI

• Facilitate teams, meetings, trainings and support and monitor the Quality and Continuous Improvement efforts in production.
• Oversee; follow up customer complaints to determine quality activities required to eliminate issues. Act as the customer quality representative ‘Voice of Customer ‘in production.
• Act for Quality Documentation update and maintain the control plan and involve to PFMEA updates.
• Lead QRCI activities for GAPs, participating to UAP QRCI and plant QRCI activities.
• Ensure customer/internal complaints are adequately answered, on time, and using QRCI with active participation from production employees
• Manage Quality Walls with the communication to Quality Department in frame of FCPs and FES Standards.
• Stop customer shipments of non conforming products.
• Support engineering changes, update documentation.
• Serve as a resource and additional leadership on quality related issues; including process capability, SPC, PPAP, metrology and customer/supplier interface.
