Senior Automotive Transmission Engineer

Senior Automotive Transmission Engineer
General Requirements:
- Great enthusiasm for working on powertrain and vehicle engineering fields
- Master or PhD degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering from a reputable university
- Knowledge of transmission systems
- Fluency in english
- Flexibility to travel
- A good and motivated team player, but also well prepared to work independently, output-oriented and ready to take self-initiative with solution-oriented nature
- German language
- No military service obligation (completed)
İŞ TANIMI
Your Job:Automotive Transmission Engineer for various technical fields like:
- Design of transmission housings
- Design of hydraulic transmission systems
- Design of transmission components
- System analysis of transmission structures, NVH, clutch performance, actuator performance etc.
- Structural analysis of transmission components
- Minimum 5 years work experience in transmission development field
- Experience of different automotive applications
- Knowledge in D-FMEA methodology and fault tree analysis
- Good knowledge in machine elements, metallic materials, statistical methods
- Proficiency in at least one of following softwares in related fields;
- CAD : CATIA V5, ProE
- CAE : Abaqus, Hypermesh, Ansys, Nastran, Adams
- 1-D : Matlab & Simulink
- Experience in at least one of following fields;
- Pressure die casting/sand casting components, assembly procedures, manufacturing engineering of machined parts
- FEM Analysis, Multi-Body Dynamics Simulations
- Hydraulic systems, brake systems, clutches
