QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to conform to the following:
- Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
- Interact professionally with co-workers, Company business associates and the general public.
- Work together in a cooperative spirit to serve the best interests of the Company.
- Operate in a fully responsible manner and comply with the law and Company policy.
- 2 years accounting or finance experience
- University degree in Business Administration etc.
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
- Good English knowledge (Spoken/written)
- Knowledge in Turkish Local GAAP and tax regulations
İŞ TANIMI
- Providing accurate information/documentation to external accountants.
- Providing first response to Ad-Hoc request of external accountants or communicating them to Finance Coordinator in case of having no solution
- Performing first control of invoices issued by and to the company.
- Performing ERP system accounting entries and submitting to the approval of Finance Coordinator
- Performing monthly reconciliation with banks, buyers and sellers
- Performing Local GAAP vs. ERP reconciliation in terms of Receivables, Payables and Inventories
- Supporting finance coordinator in financial activities (Monthly IFRS Reporting, Monthly Ad-Hoc P&L Reporting, Magnitude Reporting (ICS/C/S), Treasury, Budget)
- Ensuring properly documentation of derivative transactions.
