Calibration Integration Engineer

• BSc in engineering. (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrics & Electronics or similar)
• Proficiency in verbal and written English
• Familiarity with product development cycles
• Having a driver license and advanced driving skills are assets
• Experience with Formula SAE, SolarCar, FutureCar, EcoCAR or other vehicle related hobbies is also a plus
• Proficiency with standard office software tools: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills

İŞ TANIMI

• Make internal and external calibration delivery plans according to Ford product development policies.
• Integrate calibration feature teams for a successful project delivery.
• Manage calibration deliverables and test plans.
• Lead program gating issue resolution task forces.
• Manage the calibration team’s input to the issue managements systems.
• Coordinate calibration sign-off at each gateway with the feature teams’ inputs
• Lead and present program gateway reviews
• Calibration single point of contact to program management and various attribute teams.
• Represent the calibration team as the project owner in various management reviews
• Coordination of environmental trips.
