Import & Export Assistant Specialist

We are looking for an Import & Export Assistant Specialist with following qualifications for our Headquarter in Istanbul - Bağcılar. 
 

• University degree preferable in International Trade or Logistics,
• Excellent command of English,
• Knowledge of Logo Tiger,
• Preferably up to 3 years experience in a similar position,
• Knowledge of foreign trade rules and legislations, 
• Teamwork oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Analytical thinking, solution oriented, patient and self-confident,
• Strong planning / organization and time management skills, 
• No military obligation (for male candidates).

İŞ TANIMI

• Following up Import - Export operation from the beginning to the end,
• Organizing all relevant parties (customs broker, international and inland carrier - insurance and customs) for smoother and shorter operation,
• Preparing Import - Export docs and checking compliance of the them,
• Contacting to the shippers-consignees to solve problems occuring during shipments,
• Plannning and handling international transport,
• Keeping records of Import - Export's data to the system,
• Controlling of various expence and cost related to Import - Export (including international freight invoices, taxes and all domestic costs)
• Controlling related Import - Export documents before goods arrival.
