İŞ TANIMI
- Provide pre-and post-sales support to sales teams by development of training course materials/sales couching, double visits etc.
- Provide support to EAGM Commercial Training Manager. Work with sales leaders in development of training modules.
- Develop and periodically update all current commercial training course offerings and explore
opportunities for development of new courses.
- Develop training materials in support of current training courses and provides support to sales teams with pre-training and post-training follow ups and coaching.
- Assist with development of virtual training resources.
- Promotes the concept of network learning in addition to classic learning methodology.
- Work with Commercial Training Manager and HR to develop and implement orientation programs, deliver on-boarding courses for new-comers.
- Tracks & analyses key training metrics and acts on gaps if necessary
