QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
* Min 5 years of experience in Seafreight/Airfreight Operations
* Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
* Strong relationship management and presentation skills .
* Pays a detailed attention to his/her dealings as well as professional appearance
* Achievement driven,customer oriented, initiative, good team player and result oriented
* University Degree is an asset.
* Male candidates must have completed military service
-Heading our operation department comprising a team of 3 or 4 operation and customers service representatives in the Ocean, Airfreight and cross trade shipments.
-Managing all Ocean Import shipments operations word wide.
-Managing all Ocean Export shipments operation to all over the world.
-Providing a reliable service, increasing the profitability and arranging a competitive service contracts with all Carriers for our active customers.
-Closing contract deals with carriers and customers.
-Developing more business and find the proper solutions.
-In addition to the business development you will be responsible for the pricing and tendering whenever applicable.
-Your comprehensive compliance and cooperation with our Global accounts policy is needed.
-Following closely and developing the Airfreight business in addition to the warehousing and other services whenever needed.
-Fully Cooperating with our network of offices and agents
-Fully cooperating with our Business and sales development team enabling them to close the best deals for the company.
