Invoicing Analyst

Turkish Engine Center

• 3+ years experiences in project cost accounting or in finance departments;  preferably in aviation industry or on gas turbine engines,
• Having Excellent communication skills,
• Being self-motivated and result oriented, positive attitude team player,
• Having analytical thinking and problem solving aptitudes,
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken,
• Using effectively MS Office applications,
• Basic level SAP knowledge required, advanced level preferred,
• Completed military service for male applicants. 

• University degree from an engineering faculties,
• Experience of a multinational company is a plus,
• Project cost accounting experience is highly preferred.

İŞ TANIMI

• Calculating the cost of the aircraft engine maintenance project and invoicing the cost of service with most accurate numbers on time and make recommendations for reducing these costs,
• Being in charge of the cost control of the engine overhaul projects and forecast the cost of the project at the various milestones and present these costs to the customer focus team members,
• Monitoring labour hour spends of each project and reporting the disputes from the target hours to the customer focus team with operations team,
• Providing material analysis on part by part basis for each engine overhaul project,
• Following established, monitored, continuous improved invoicing process in order to achieve invoices without error. For meeting customer requirements, ensure flexibility on the preparation of the invoices for completion of it within the TAT period,
• Coordinating all phases of invoice creation that includes preparation of invoices and sending them,
• Analyzing invoice checklist and following necessary steps to complete engine invoices on time and accurately,
• Taking active role in order to ensure that material and vendor costs are properly captured on the projects,
• Organizing necessary meeting for invoice review before the invoices were posted to customer,
• Following the preparation of engine overhaul services invoices, material sales invoices and other services invoices and delivering the invoices to customer,
• Monthly checking for all engines for controlling engine incomes’ accuracy in the financial records,
• Working  on  ad-hoc projects when required.
