GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

  • Graduated from a reputable university.
  • Min. 2 years of experience in corporate communications in a reputable company and / or agency.
  • Multilateral project management ability.
  • Excellent command of English, second language is a plus.
  • Have a strong communication and organizational skills to foster close relations with communication ecosystem.
  • Proactive, commit to achieve & act ahead with reponsibility, able to create breakthrough results.
  • Drive change with optimism and face difficulties along the way
  • Solution and result oriented analytical thinker: Able to translate plans into actions and solve problems with smart & pragmatic solutions.
  • Enjoy managing campaigns and organizations  on both sectoral and public level and generate content for the related communication tools parallel to the brand identity and corporate culture.


İŞ TANIMI

A global benchmark company in its sector is seeking for a Corporate Communications Specialist as a member of Marketing Team to provide support for the design and implementation of communication strategies to grow the brand and the business globally. The Corporate Communications Specialist, reporting to the Marketing Manager, will be responsible from managing corporate communications projects targeting the entire communications ecosystem. The major focus of the position will be to manage external communications with customers, business partners, media, sectoral associations, non-govermental organizations, sector professionals and academics as well as internal communications with management team and  employees.
  • Corporate identity and brand development troughout the whole communication ecosystem to differentiate the brand. Maintain consistency in branding, messaging and corporate identity across all communication platforms.
  • Coordinate relations with external consultants, PR / advertising agencies and press as well as departments within the company, sectoral assotiations, non-govermental organizations (NGOs), academics.
  • Research, write, edit, proofread, produce and distribute ATL and BTL communications to the employee base or to targeted audiences within the customers, business partners, associations, academics, etc. Content preparation for printed materials such as brochures, catalogs, magazines etc. and audiovisual materials.
  • National and international coordination of corporate communication tools such as corporate magazine, corporate events /organizations, external and internal newsletter, press releases, etc.
  • Initiate, organize and manage corporate campaigns and social reponsibility projects.
  • Develop relationships with target audiences  ranging from different customer segments to academics and sector professionals to build brand loyalty.
  • Develops relationships with industry publications, keeping abreast of their editorial calendars and looking for opportunities for company experts to publish.
  • Managing internal and external electronic channels (e-newsletter, intranet, social media, corporate website),
  • Preparing organizations and  events for external communication ecosystem as well as internal communication activities for employees. Organize domestic and international trade shows and fairs.
