Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Good command of English both in writing and speaking, German is a plus

• Excellent computer skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel

• Ability to work in flexible hours in a multinational environment

• Strong analytical skills

• Ability to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgement showing logical decision making, and a hands on approach

• Able to work independently, take initiative, to prioritize and to plan

• High communication skills

• Self-motivated and result oriented

• No military obligation for male candidates

• Candidates must be below age 30 ?

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience of Order Management is preferred

• Experience in SAP and LOGO Tiger is a plus

İŞ TANIMI

Job description:

• Order Handling and Sales Support:

Input of orders from dealers and authorized services into accounting system
Input of orders for Customer Service Reports into accounting system
Inform sales team and customers on stock levels and estimated delivery times of products needed by following up the delivery dates and shipment details 
Support the customs clearance procedures of the import/export goods 
Determine stock requirements and place necessary orders and quotations to SAP
Assist Warehouse Manager by informing about the packing, transit and arrival times  of the goods 

• Analyse and report sales of the products on weekly and monthly basis
• Prepare margin calculation tables for special project?s
