• 1-5 years experience
• Experience in customer/supplier accounting is an asset
• Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Turkish and English
• Good command of MS Office Applications and also SAP knowledge is preferred
• Effective planning and organizing skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to interact effectively with different levels
• Ability to adapt to a range of different tasks and open to work in flexible hours
• For male candidates, military service should be completed

İŞ TANIMI

• To monitor and analyze credit performance of the company through key performance indicators (KPI) by also implementing necessary control systems
• Manage the accounts and credits of customers
• Carry out preliminary customer credit risk assessment
• Set and monitor credit limits
• Check payment details, allocate payments in accordance with customer and undertake account reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve customer queries related to non-payment of invoices
• Report on weekly/monthly basis e.g. aged debt analysis, cash collection forecasts
• Keep the company up to date with new credit management procedures and techniques
• Ensure customer reconciliations regularly
• Managing business relations with the customers and the respective sales team
• Ensure invoicing activities regularly
