Airfreight Manager

Responsibilities:
- Defines clients’ special needs and realizes the operation activities regarding to the resources and profitability
- Improves Airfreight strategy and makes sure to obtain a consistent and durable contribution to profitable growth of activities
- Ensures realizing the sales and operational targets within his/her responsibility
- Ensures that operations are in line with Group quality standards
- Develops Air freight sales and operations in line with sales team
- Responsible for effective management of agencies and cost saving
- Ensures the continuous and accurate information flow between the client and operation
- Analyzes the client problems and needs, develop action plans and alternative optimization activities to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Responsible for transportation planning and accurate documentation
- Evaluates the agency and supplier delivery and quality performance
- Ensures successful communication with all internal and external parties by managing relationships and information flow
- Reports to Overseas Country Manager
- University degree in related area is desired
- A minimum of 6 years of work experience, ideally in a multinational company
- Experience in Management
- Experienced in airfreight operations with solid knowhow in this area
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Focus on customer satisfaction, and team work
- High result orientation, ambitious to reach given targets
- Fluent English
- Good MS Office skills, experienced with ERP applications
- Driving license
