GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Knowledge

Designing, implementing, and managing infrastructure services and applications such as Operating Systems, Server hardware, Active Directory, Citrix, Clustering, System Monitoring Tools, Virtualization Applications, McAfee, etc.
Large to medium scale Technical Project Management.
Practical experience and in-depth specialization in implementing and managing IT Projects
Good knowledge of risk management, configuration management, and disaster recovery
Good understanding of hardware and software and related licence governance and general IT Operations principles
Have sufficient knowledge of IT Operations understanding policy, processes, procedures and systems deployed.
Proven technical expertise in an IT role

Experience / Skills

Experience working in a large, enterprise environment in distributed manner, having a part of global network having business services
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, troubleshooting and analysis
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good planning and reporting skills.
Vendor Relationships
Good written and verbal English , Turkish communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and deliver within limited timescales
Having related certificates is a plus

İŞ TANIMI

We are looking for Senior IT Specialist for our IT Operation in Headquarter for our company, graduated from at least 4 year Universities related departments, in Computer or Electronics Engineering Department or Mathematics.

The job holder is responsible for;

Manage and support projects involved in planning, research, evaluation and design.
Administrating and providing support for 2nd/3rd line design /support of IT services platform related with windows devices and systems management tools.
Ensure all processes are realized with risk management, change management, problem management and project management concepts to carry out reliable & uninterrupted client platform and systems,
Manage Audit and Regulatory requirements are met and comply always.
Provides System & Process availability, efficiency and quality in IT- Operation.
Prevents operational overheads.
Guides & coordinates Technical Project achievements.
Performs increase in the overall profitability and productivity in IT Operation.

Manage , deploy for Windows Server, Server Virtualisation & VMWare , Active Directory, SCOM, SCCM, Antivirus, Virtual & Physical Desktop Technologies and support related services running on the systems.
