OPERATIONS MANAGER

• Engineering degree from a technical university (General, Electrical, Mechanical engineering)
• Master in the field is a plus
• Good knowledge of electricity transmission and distribution activities
• Min. 8 years of experience in electro-intensive industries or energy-electricity segments
• Interest in energy and electric consumption issues, and in industry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• French will be appreciated
• Effective communicator, team player, analytical thinker, planned and organized
• Presentation and negotiating skills
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Accountable of company's Turkey operations reliability and turnover (after operations start)
• Coordinate responses to call for tenders, prepare technical and contractual
• Follow closely energy policy and analyse impacts on company’s business
• Coach end-users investigation teams and engineers to efficiently identify end-users DR resources and convince targeted end-users to join company's portfolio
• Support teams to develop local automation solution
• Coordinate installation and setup of local operation center in Turkey
• Control and valorize operation, prepare relative purchase orders and invoice
• Maintain operational relations with TEIAS
• Follow market evolution to define organization / IT system adaption needs
• Maintain good operational relationship with the end-users connected to the NOC to ensure high end-users satisfaction
• Answer end-users queries during the contract lifetime (automation, operations, procedures, settlement, etc.)
